Subcultures:Scene
Scene originated from the emo subculture in the early-2000s across the United States. The name began being used around 2002, through the term “scene queen”.
“Scene fashion consists of skinny jeans, bright colored clothing, a signature hairstyle consisting of straight, flat hair with long fringes covering their forehead, and bright colored hair dye. You often saw people in the scene community wear merchandise of invader zim, domo kun and skelanimals. Music genres associated with the scene subculture include metalcore, crunkcore, deathcore, electronic music, and pop punk.”
